ABOUT KINNECTIONS
Why early visibility matters.
Schools and early learning services play a vital role in children’s wellbeing, safety, and development. Alongside teaching and learning, educators are increasingly expected to notice when children may be disconnected, unsafe, or struggling, and respond before concerns become more serious.
Many educators already do this work with great care, but busy classrooms and limited systems can make it difficult to hear from every child regularly. Kinnections was created to make these conversations more consistent, giving children a structured way to share how they are feeling and helping educators identify support needs earlier.
Built by educators, for earlier support.
Kinnections is a web-based platform designed to make regular wellbeing conversations practical, consistent, and visible across a school or early learning service. It gives educators a simple way to check in with children, understand their sense of connection, safety, hope, and general wellbeing, and identify when extra support may be needed.
Because responses are captured, collated, and presented through clear dashboards and individual profiles, educators and wellbeing teams can see patterns that may otherwise be missed. This helps schools and services move from relying on what is noticed in the moment to building a more consistent picture of each child’s wellbeing over time.
OUR MISSION
To ensure every child is connected, respected, protected and able to reach their full potential.

I built Kinnections because I know how deeply educators care, and how difficult it can be to notice every child who may need support early enough.
Kinnections was created to make regular wellbeing conversations easier, more consistent, and more visible, so schools and early learning services can identify concerns earlier and help children stay connected, safe, and on track.
- Schools and services are uniquely placed to reach children regularly.
- Early support in education settings can change outcomes.
- When support is available through schools and services, more children and families can access help earlier.
